This sub-project is for the ALPHA organization of the Peano Numerals Project.

The ALPHA materials are exploratory, and this area is more of a laboratory than a vehicle for delivering stable software.  When ALPHA material is mature enough to be made into a stable release, that release is pulled-together on the main package tree.
