	2004-08-25	The ODMA and the DMA developers were concerned about identification confusion when forking the code and also about preserving the integration agreement. This license does not deal with that. It is probably all right for ODMA, but any affixing of a license to DMA materials requires that this be addressed because of the strongly-expressed request of DMA contributors. This concern should be moved elsewhere, once a good place is identified.
