A construction zone diary and job jar is created and further construction activities are managed in that structure.

Stitch in the standard construction elements as part of configuration management of this section.

2001-04-02-11:25 Create Initial DMware/license mini-Web (orcmid)

1. The flat DMware section which was old and stale is redistributed into mini-Webs for improved organization and continuing development.
2. The sdm0.01.htm draft is moved here as initial material.  
3. Once the old location is properly tombstoned, a new draft will be started and an obsolescence note included in the 0.01 version.  Version 0.01 will be retained indefinitely as a target for the tombstone, providing accountability and preserving the history of license development.
