IIS Server Usage

Centrale sites are developed using Microsoft Internet Information Server.  The sites are published via hosting services that typically also support IIS (or at least support ASP and FrontPage Server Extensions).

This section of Orcmid's Lair describes the use of Microsoft IIS on behalf of Centrale.

This Active Server Page does not require any ASP processing.  It is used as a placeholder for optional introduction of ASP operations in the future.  The page also supports confirmation of default-page precedence on a Centrale hosting service.   It is not expected that this page will be served except by direct naming in a URL.
