	2005-05-12	We're out to layout the design here. So we must understand what is being designed, and what the design looks like. Make sure we reflect that inquiry.
	2005-05-12	There is a pattern here, to the creation of documents in this particular way, and it even has stages (the first stable issue is different from the state when supplemental issues are produced and when there are no more.) This is a pattern and there is also an opportunity to provide computer-assisted creation. We need two things: identification of the pattern and creation of a template for its easy application on the TROST Pilot itself.
	2005-05-12	Identifying tools ends up raising the confirmable-experience case and being able to see the configuration management related to the tools. I don't have anything to link to yet, but I need to look for ways to have that. It is something to design.

There needs to be an inside sheet that deals with the attribution, the license, and so on. Adapt my covered-report format with the control information and such, as a more-formal document approach. This also starts tying things into the context of TROSTing and ActiveODMA ODMref 1.0. [dh:2005-05-11 I have all of that in the TROST Report Template now. Other elements are spun out into separate job-jar items here.]
