Description

2004-08-14 Tighten B040801C after the fire-drill has been completed successfully.
done 2004-08-14 Set up B040801C as the place where slamming down the Web Log Status page is handled
2004-08-14 Record somewhere that when an Include Page like B040801B is updated, the internal comment about its date must be updated too.  I could make this a FrontPage Comment so it would be more noticeable?
2004-08-14 In building B040801B, I missed having Microsoft Image Composer available.  I should arrange to preserve that and have it here (since I am a licensed owner) as one more alternative.  What became of that software?
2004-08-14 Look at where there are copies of the slamdown procedure and a checklist that can be used in the early stages of an incident response.  It needs to be fire-drilled too.
2004-08-14 Confirm that B040801B itself can be slammed down by simply copying it in the site image, because it only has absolute URLs anywhere that matters.  (So long as it is never brought into FrontPage as slammed down.)
2004-08-14 Note that in the initial stages of an Incident response, we cover over corrupted pages as quickly as possible and it doesn't have to be pretty. Nice Incident Quarantine pages don't have to happen until we have the backup and any lockdown set. - Actually, we should use a standard fixed page for that, maybe along the lines of the X040701 ideas.
done 2004-08-14 Put "(Quarantined)" in the title of the place where the B040801B Incident Quarantine is slammed down (or Include Paged in).
done 2004-08-14 Correct rendering error in the you-are-here block of the Incident Quarantine page (missing </p>, conflicting cell property and paragraph property for alignment)
2004-08-14 Capture the confirmed Incident Quarantine page for analysis of the HTML and also demonstration of what my firewall does to material.
done 2004-08-14 Correct the Hard Hat Area image URL link in B040801B
done 2004-08-13 After posting the provisional solution to the host site, change all links to be absolute so the incident-quarantine replacement page can be included as any nfoCentrale site page, not just on Orcmid's Lair.
not done 2004-08-13 Convert the included gif files to png files.  This didn't work because transparency is not supported.  I rescinded the one PNG conversion back to GIF.
done
2004-08-14
2004-08-13 Confirm that an Include Page of the Incident Page will end up with the proper resolution of all relative links.
2004-08-13 As part of the procedure, make sure that any pages referenced from my profile on blogger are all accounted for, and that any link to a corrupted page finds an incident scene page in its place.
2004-08-03 Illustrate the total lock-out procedure that applies to nfoCentrale.com at this time.
2004-08-03 Create the alternate page for use with the blog pages that must be replaced to prevent access to damaged materials.
2004-08-03 Include a test procedure for how the blog slamdown is done as a fire-drill and to confirm the procedure.  This will be used with the initial demonstration using Wingnut's Lab.
2004-08-03 Create the alternate page for use with the X040701 Web Log Status page
2004-08-03 Make a temporary atom feed and the rules for customizing it
done 2004-08-03 Create this page with the Lab Notebook style
