B040801A: Blog Slamdown Procedure

A running diary and job jar for the blog slamdown procedure used as part of web-site incident response.

	2004-08-14	Look at where there are copies of the slamdown procedure and a checklist that can be used in the early stages of an incident response. It needs to be fire-drilled too.

	2004-08-14	Note that in the initial stages of an Incident response, we cover over corrupted pages as quickly as possible and it doesn't have to be pretty. Nice Incident Quarantine pages don't have to happen until we have the backup and any lockdown set. - Actually, we should use a standard fixed page for that, maybe along the lines of the X040701 ideas.
