	2005-05-19	Cache the image in one or more forms that can be included on a web page. Also, see if the Visio version can contain a link to an authoritative page on the material.
done	2005-05-19	Create a 0.00 bootstrap for the i050501b as "latest" and i050501c as "first when there is one." This pattern was first used with the design sections, such as P050408. This is also a possible occasion for a .txt and .zip arrangement. Don't rule it out. We need to document that as a pattern and apply it.
