	2005-05-13	Roll up the next version of the folder in preparation for making a new template of some vintage. This will not be reflected on the folio cover until it is considered stable and/or has been used with a published document.
	2005-05-13	The template should describe its own installation. There is a short and simple procedure, and it can be on the cover of the template. Put that in for an 0.13.
done	2005-05-10	Make sure the copyright symbol, ©, is the proper code in the i050501c.txt manifest 0.03. I need to look at it in hex. [dh:2005-05-10 I confirmed it with the Hex List in 4NT on Compagno (the Hex uses ISO 8859-1, the plain list shows in the code page, apparently!]

	2005-05-04	Find and install a Word Viewer and see how well it does with documents under the TROST Report Template.
done 2005-05-10	2005-05-04	The manifest should specify the sizes and timestamps of the files that it enumerates. It can't provide the MD5 for the package (nice trick if I could do it), but the rest can work and it is fun to see who notices and who figures it out.
	2005-05-04	Add a description about what the inside cover is for: acknowledgments, permissions, trademarks, all of the kind of material that can go on the inside cover of a report or manual.
	2005-05-04	There's a better way to deal with the RDF: It should be in the property sheet. It doesn't need to be in a comment. It should just work, depending on how the property sheet exports as XML. Save this for 0.15 or so.
