on July 6, 2004.
Views from near home, Seattle, July, 2004
- View at dusk across Puget Sound from the top of SW Genesee Street -
potential banner strip for a web page
- Flowers at the house on the NE corner of Genesee and 44th Ave SW,
including sweet peas, etc.
- Looking back along the same concrete wall to the corner of Genesee and
44th Ave SW
- (3) but a little sharper, still not anything to build an image from.
- (3) again, maybe even sharper but still too busy and not enough to keep
- The urban racoon nestled in our Cherry Tree, a great picture for which I
have posted here.
- Obscured view of the racoon (not usable)
- A nice one that I haven't used but makes a nice furtive look with shiny
eyes.
- A good shot of the racoon sitting on a branch too.
- The other version that I used here.
July 4th, 2004 at my Sister Judy's lake place
- Looking at the lake near dusk, with some fireworks smoke visible
- Judy reading to Sara's daughter - obscured
- Wonderful expression of Vicki in black - I like it
- Even better with Vicki laughing
- Judy with Sara's daughter in a warm, open snapshot
- Hanging out on Judy's dock watching the water and the activity -
- The baby - might be Skyler with Katrina
- Vicki more pensive and serious and beautiful still in black
- Doug caught with red eye and an odd expression
- Great profile of Doug that still shows good features and his eyes
- Even better with Doug looking at the camera and grinning
- A different baby with dad
- Sister-in-law Elizabeth looking out over the water at night - eyes
obscured by glasses frame
- Much better view with eyes revealed, watching fireworks I think
- Slow exposure of houses across the lake with indistinct fireworks
