The pages here are used as Include Pages for the following announcements on the site:

• C000010B: Test Announcement.  This page is used for Fire drills and other Test situations.  Often put in place of the site default or a weblog default page as part of an incident response.  The pages that are actually used are made from this page using the FrontPage Include Pages technique.

• C000010C: Quarantine Announcement.  A page put in the place of another to reflect that the previous material has been quarantined and will be restored when we know what's up.  Quarantine announcements are also introduced via the FrontPage Include Pages technique, so that they show up in the version history of the page that is quarantined.

• C000010D: Standby Announcement.  This is the one where we don't know what has happened yet and we warn people to standby until there's enough incident analysis to provide more-useful information.  Standby pages are also made via the FrontPage Include Pages technique, and there is one adjacent to each default page that it may be necessary to quickly impose a standby announcement upon.

The material is cloned from the counterpart on The Miser Project.  We're operating on the assumption that this will become the master for Orcmid's Lair and the ones for the BlunderDome blogs will be the secondary ones.  This has to do with how the space has been utilized under the respective blogs and where there's room for material like this.  This location will obsolete the earlier use of pages based on Incident Report analysis.  Include a Job Jar for this topic.
