Construction Structure |
Right now, this page is a place-holder for what will be described. There is already a working template for construction-structure pages though.
This page describes the construction structure of the site,
including how index.htm
are used in every
section.
The nature of the construction block at the bottom of every page is explained.
The nature of the grounding and version block in the upper right-hand corner is explained
The way the construction structures are linked together and to the construction section of an anchored mirror is explained
Minimal accommodation of cloaking in the construction section is also specified.
For the construction section itself, and structures superior to the mirrored site, there will be separate explanations.
Every section (mini-Web) of Orcmid's Lair has an index.htm
page. These pages accomplish three things:
default.htm
(or
default.asp
) page
is missing during site construction and updates.Cloning construction materials. The best way to clone construction materials to other sections is by opening the page that you want as boilerplate and then doing a Save As ... that puts it in its initial place. This will update links to images and include pages properly.
The minimal construction structure of a section consists of the index.htm page.
The next level of construction structure consists of a job jar (C000000.htm) and construction.htm page. Once there is construction material, there must be a construction.htm page.
