C000010B: Test Announcement. This page is used for Firedrills and other Test situations. Often placed in front of the site or a weblog default page as part of an incident response.
C000010C: Quarantine Announcement. A page put in the place of another to reflect that the previous material has been quarantined and will be restored when we know what's up.
C000010D: Standby Announcement. This is the one where we don't know what has happened yet and we warn people to standby until there's enough incident analysis to provide more-useful information.
