This early setup is equivalent to having a temporary shack where the pre-fabricated office will be when the mobile-home construction trailer arrives. The materials already here have been scavenged from other construction sites. Some of it has been painted over. Others are just stacked up until the work crew completes important first steps: work lights, work benches and electrical outlets, and a working porta-potty, all of that kind of essential preparation.
