	Avoid using e-mail. Call the office phone and leave a brief report and instructions for contacting you.. If you don't reach someone immediately, use the cell phone number to leave the same message. Alternatively, send a short text message via SMS to the cell phone number.  You can use the SMS e-mail address for very short, clear ASCII messages with contact information (best if you are outside of the United States).
